Eric’s Pizza specialises in hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza made fresh on site to order. Dough is made to a traditional recipe, using 00 flour and fermented slowly. Executive chef owner Eric Snaith  and Head Chef Fred Bambridge have introduced an organic, non-pesticide local wheat/pulse blend of flour to slightly elevate the protein levels. This gives the yeast enough food to grow slowly over a longer period of time. Treating the dough with respect, the fermentation process takes 48 hours because it is cooled, or what is known as ‘retarded’, before it is brought slowly back to 21ºC. When it is ready the dough is thrown and artfully hand stretched.

These are authentic Italian pizzas combining ingredients from local suppliers and the finest Italian produce. Eric’s Pizza menu changes seasonally. Ranging from traditional to more unique toppings, the flavour combinations are surprising and delicious, offering gluten-free and vegetarian options too. They also offer pasta dishes and a delicious array of antipasti, dips and desserts.

Eric’s Pizza first opened inside the yurt at Drove Orchards in Thornham, next door to Eric’s Fish and Chips restaurant.    It has a fun and funky vibe, with sheepskin throws, exposed wooden beams and a cosy wood burner.

Eric’s Pizza has quickly become a Norfolk institution and now also offers an Eric’s at Home frozen pizza range,  brunch at the weekend and the extremely popular roast Porchetta on Sundays.    Restaurant opens Wednesday to Sunday outside summer season.  Visit website for opening time.

2. The vouchers will be provided electronically in 5 x denominations of £20 using Robo Voucher.

9. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
10. The winner will be notified on 28th of November 2023, by email to the address provided.
11. The winner will be required to claim their prize within 10 working days, otherwise the prize will be re-drawn and offered to the next entrant selected at random.
