June 23-Sept 23 - The Paston Treasure: Riches and Rarities of the Known World, Norwich Castle

Norwich Castle, in collaboration with Yale Center for British Art, is staging a major exhibition which takes the extraordinary painting, The Paston Treasure (c. 1663-5), as its starting point. Gathering together some of the depicted treasures in this mysterious painting for the first time in three centuries, the exhibition explores the world of the Paston family and their magnificent collections once held at Oxnead Hall in Norfolk. The incredible Lionel Richie is bringing his 'All the Hits UK' tour to Holkham on Sunday 24th June. This open-air concert in the south park will feature hits from Lionel's extensive and much loved repertoire such as 'Easy', 'Truly', 'Dancing on the Ceiling', 'Say You Say Me', 'Hello' and 'All Night Long'. In 2018 the Blickling Proms will be celebrating 100 Years of the RAF with the National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Anthony Inglis, joined by the Rolls-Royce Spitfire.
