Norfolk Walking and Cycling Festival 2019

The Norfolk Walking and Cycling Festival returns for its 5th year! Throughout the whole month of October we will be bringing you walking and cycling events all over the county, you can keep up to date with events as they are added right here.

Now in its fifth year, the popular Norfolk Walking and Cycling Festival returns this October with more events than ever.

Norfolk can boast coast, country, fen and forest walking and cycling, all set within an easy, rolling landscape.

October is a great time to be outdoors in Norfolk - with the best overall climate in the UK and before the clocks change. And the Autumnal scenery is stunning.

This year’s festival is hosted by Coastal Treasures. In July 2017, Norfolk County Council was awarded funding from the Government’s Coastal Communities Fund for ‘Coastal Treasures’, a project to promote sustainable tourism and new ways of accessing the wealth of heritage features in the coastal area between King’s Lynn and Burnham Overy, and beyond into inland West Norfolk.

You can find out more on Coastal Treasures here.

Over the coming months this page will be updated to bring you all the latest walking and cycling events.

Why not make a break of it? Norfolk has superb accommodation to suit all tastes and pockets.
