Built in 1850 and mid-terrace, the owners have created a charming atmosphere in this well equipped property, which sleeps 3 with a pull out truckle bed for the occasional fourth guest. The downstairs living space extends at the rear of the cottage to a light-filled dining area with doors that lead out to a small and private courtyard - just the spot for a morning cuppa and a good book. The pampering continues upstairs with comfortable beds and a Jack ‘n’ Jill shower room. Tucked away behind the High Street in a quiet residential area, the cottage is just moments away from plenty of independent shopping, coffee bars, gastro pubs and restaurants and Holt itself is a great location for accessing the sandy beaches and quaint villages along the coast, many of which are situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
