Peers Premier Apartments in Caister-on-Sea near Great Yarmouth are three beautifully appointed, non smoking, one bedroom apartments exclusively for adults in a large, detached, centrally located private residence.

** Please note if you wish to make a Mon-Mon booking using the online booking simply book consecutive short breaks Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon and we will manually adjust the price to the weekly rate. **

The apartments are close to shops, friendly pubs and takeaways and just 10 minutes walk to the nearby beach and Caister Golf Course. The town centre and Great Yarmouth Racecourse are just a short distance away and you are conveniently placed for the Norfolk Broads and Norwich too.

Our Emerald and Sapphire apartments are decorated in a traditional style each having a superking sized bed which can be split into two singles on request and en suite bathrooms with spacious shower, illuminating hydro bath and twin light up vanity units.
Our Amethyst apartment is slightly smaller with a more modern feel. The bed is a superking that cannot be split into two singles. The en suite bathroom has a combined hydro bath/shower and the twin vanity units share a mirror.

All of our apartments have well equipped kitchens with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There are 40" flat screen smart internet TV's with Sky movies and sports in all lounges and bedrooms. Lounges also have Blu Ray players and free WiFi is available throughout.

An enclosed rear garden and patio area is shared by the three apartments. The sun shines in the garden all day long and is perfect for relaxing in. There are also shaded areas for those not so fond of the heat.

Off street car parking is available for one car per apartment at the property and extra parking is available within 100 yards.

Latest arrival time can be made by prior arrangement up to 11:30pm. Departure time is 10am.

Linen and towels are provided.
