Cromer Pier Christmas Show

Fast becoming one of the top ‘must see’ family Christmas shows in Norfolk, not only in production values, laugh-out-loud comedy, amazing dance routines and glitzy costumes, but also as a great value for money experience for the whole family. From November 25-December 30.

Gorleston Pavilion – Cinderella

Ohyesitiz Productions present the family pantomime with Des Barritt of Midsomer Murders and Thomas Howes from Downton Abbey playing the Ugly Sisters. From December 6 to 30.

Great Yarmouth St George's Theatre – Dick Whittington

Following the incredible success of Robin Hood last year the team are back with their unique take on the iconic rags-to-riches tale. Packed full of slapstick, song and laughter. The show runs from December 16 to January 7.

Hunstanton Princess Theatre – Cinderella

Cinderella is kind to all. She has faith that if you keep on believing, your wishes do come true. With the help from her Fairy Godmother, Cinders gets the chance to live her dreams and lives happily ever after with her Prince Charming. A high energy mix of singing, dancing and comedy, coupled with spectacular scenery and costumes not to mention the magical carriage, which makes this a ‘must see’ Christmas treat for all the family. From December 2 to January 1.

King's Lynn Corn Exchange – Jack and the Beanstalk

Join intrepid Jack on the adventure of a lifetime as he scampers boldly up the beanstalk to do battle with Giant Blunderbore. Does Dame Trott finally get her man? Can Simple Simon work out which end of the cow needs milking? Will Clarabelle remember her dance mooo-ves? From December 8-31.

Norwich Maddermarket – The Wolves of Willoughy Chase

Whatever your age, here’s an alternative to Panto where you can be drawn into a world just a little different from your own. Long ago, at a time in history that never happened, England was overrun with wolves. Bonnie and Sylvia must escape their new governess, the cruel Miss Slighcarp, and avoid the beasts as they journey through snowy wastelands. Originally a celebrated children’s book by Joan Aitken, and then a big screen hit, this gothic fantasy adventure now takes to the stage. From December 16-31.

Norwich Theatre Royal – Sleeping Beauty

The magical tale of a princess cursed by a very bad-tempered guest - the evil wicked witch. One day the Princess pricks her finger and falls asleep for a hundred years! But will a handsome young prince be able to save the princess? Oh no he won't.. .Oh yes, he will! Derek Griffiths of Coronation Street and Play School fame and Gillian Wright from EastEnders star. Featuring dazzling costumes, stunning sets, mischievous fun and thrilling musical numbers that will excite the whole family.
From December 13-January 14.

Sheringham Little Theatre – The Wizard of Oz

Walk down the Yellow Brick Road for a pantomime version of the classic story The Wizard of Oz. Packed full of modern songs, dances, hilarious characters, special effects and magic, be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. Just close your eyes, click your heels three times and head along. From December 9-January 1.

Thursford Christmas Spectacular

Set in the magical surroundings of mechanical organs and fairground carousels, with a cast of 130 professional singers, dancers and musicians – many of whom are West End performers. The 3 hour performance delivers an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety. It’s a fast moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both seasonal and year-round favourites, with famous and much-loved chart toppers being sung alongside traditional carols. From November 8-December 23.
