This charming Grade II listed house, steeped in history and dating from the 16th century, has now been carefully restored and converted into a luxury country house hotel with lovely gardens and golf course.
There are 13 luxuriously appointed bedrooms in the Manor itself featuring our flagship four poster Manor Suite and 12 individually decorated Superior and Deluxe Bedroom.

We also have 32 spacious and contemporary bedrooms in the adjacent Norfolk style barn cottages just a few yards from the Manor House

The hotel's welcoming reception hall leads into a comfortable lounge, a bar with a terrace overlooking the 15th hole and a dining room with conservatory. For guests who wish for privacy, there is also a meeting room and a private dining room available.

The spacious deluxe rooms offer four-poster beds and separate bathrooms with bath and shower, the Executive rooms have a bath and shower and the Superior rooms with shower only.
Further accommodation is available within our three Norfolk Style Barns, located next to the Manor. These suites, family rooms and individual twins and doubles are all furnished to the same high standard.

The beautiful gardens include an ancient Mulberry tree dating back 400 years, arbours, ponds and secret sitting areas. In addition, the south-west facing terrace provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Norfolk sea air and watch the sunset over the Wash

Heacham Manor is situated between the lovely village of Heacham, renowned for its lavender fields, and the quintessential Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. The location is perfect for enjoying the outstanding beauty of the North Norfolk Coast, with its charming unspoilt beaches, quaint villages and delightful restaurants.
The hotel's situation also offers a plentiful supply of leisure activities in a quiet and beautiful part of the countryside, including golf on the estate as well as the excellent local courses, coastal walks, and bird watching at the two RSPB reserves nearby.

Heacham Manor hotel is the first golf hotel in the West of Norfolk and the Championship length 18 hole golf course has been designed to incorporate the natural features of the area of important landscape it lies within. With two rivers and 4 lakes to negotiate, the course varies between links and parkland styles and affords views of the Wash.
In addition to the 18 hole course, our adjoining sister resort has a mature 9 hole course, with excellent driving range, putting green and clubhouse facilities. This makes Heacham Manor an ideal venue for golfing groups and societies. Our resident golf professional will be on hand to provide any necessary tuition with the latest video analysis equipment.

The Mulberry Spa situated within the peaceful grounds of Heacham Manor offers a superb range of beauty & sports relaxation therapy treatments for both ladies and gentlemen. The recent addition of a Coyote Spa, Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi designed by spa experts Dale Sauna. The Mulberry Thermal Suite is available to residents and spa guests and can be pre-booked with prices starting at £10 per person per hour.

By car: Take the A149 from King’s Lynn by-pass and Heacham Manor is just 20 minutes away; just before the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton.

When you reach the traffic lights at Heacham, continue straight ahead on the A149 and immediately before the approach of the hill to Hunstanton, take the 1st exit off the roundabout and then take the first turning left, signposted Heacham. Continue down the road and you will find Heacham Manor on your right-hand side.

By public transport: The nearest Train Station is in King's Lynn, just 20 minutes away by car. Alternatively, there are various bus routes available that drive straight past the hotel.
