Fair View Lodge is an impressive 3 storey holiday property, offering luxurious living for up to 8 people, making it ideal for a large family, four couples or simply a group of friends wishing to celebrate that special occasion. Situated on the edge of a private marina opposite the Faircraft Loynes river basin, Wroxham village is just a few minutes walk away with its numerous shops, restaurants and inns.

The property benefits from Wi-Fi, a lawned garden and comfortable decked area with seating for all. This four bedroom property is set out over three floors comprising of:

Ground floor, entrance hall, cloakroom and open plan kitchen /lounge/dining room with patio doors leading onto the decked area. The lounge has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and Xbox 360. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances including Fridge, Freezer, Double Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave and Dishwasher.

First floor, one double bedroom with ensuite wc and shower, one twin bedroom with direct access to the family bathroom with electric shower over bath.

Second floor one double bedroom with ensuite wc and shower and one twin bedroom.

Terms and conditions

  1. The prize is for a seven-night self-catering holiday in a cottage with Norfolk Broads Direct, staying at Fairview Lodge, Wroxham in the Broads National Park, worth £750. The cottage sleeps up to eight people and the prize also includes a days’ boat hire.
  2. The accommodation and days’ boat hire dates are subject to availability.
  3. The prize must be taken by 30 April 2018, excluding Easter weekend and the Christmas period.
  4. Winners are responsible for their own travel costs and food/drink.
  5. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. The competition closes at 11:59 on Monday 13 November 2017. The winner will be notified on or after 14 November 2017 by email to the address provided.
  7. No purchase necessary.
  8. The prize draw is open to persons 18 years and older and UK residents.
  9. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
