The bedside tables have USB charger points and there is plenty of wardrobe space for hanging and storing clothes and belongings. The pretty bathroom has niche shelves to put your things and a large walk in shower.
The body and washing products are all sourced from the Koti Store in Reepham and are both planet friend and sustainable and smell devine!
Harriet has a cutting garden and there will be seasonal fresh flowers provided when available.
The walls feature the wonderful work of 2 local artists both of whom live and work in Reepham, Katrine Boldero and Josephine Johnson who’s work you can view on Open Studio weeks.

On a warm summer evening you can take a stroll to the All Day Brewing Company, a microbrewery on the outskirts of town, in the tap room you can sample their beers made with barley from the surrounding fields, their Kombucha, Soda’s & cordials as well as other drinks and eat food from “the kitchen” including pizzas, curries and topped chips overlooking the duck pond.
Also, and well worth the visit is the monthly farmers market at The Station Cafe which occurs every second Sunday of the month from March 2024 onwards where you will find an array of local artisan producers and products.
The North Norfolk Coastline has some of the best beaches in the UK, including Holkham, Wells, Brancaster, Mundsley & Overstand. The traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham are around 30 mins drive, about 18 miles away. The coastal path is excellent for walkers and biking and there is a coastal hopper that can take you back to your starting point if you time it right. There are plenty of great pubs and cafes in the villages along the coast to have a pit stop.
The estuary villages of Blakeney, Morston and Cley have a unique landscape of salt flats with lots of opportunity for bird watching and samphire picking when in season. A seal trip out to Blakeney point is a must from either Morston or Blakeney, it is one of the largest seal populations of both grey and common seals, the common seal have their young between June and August, and the stunning boat ride is just an hour or 2.
Alternatively you can see the coast by steam train on the North Norfolk Railway which runs from Sheringham to Holt.
There are several RSPB sites across the cost including Cley and Titchwell as Norfolk.
Wroxham is 17 miles away and is known as the ‘Capital of the Broads’. Hiring a boat or a canoe is arguably the best way to explore one of Britain’s finest wetlands. Nature lovers are advised to bring binoculars, as the Norfolk Broads are home to a diverse range of fora and fauna.
Norfolk hosts 3 fabulous National Trust properties, and Blickling Hall is just 10 mins away with its Jacobean House, formal parterre gardens and natural parkland.
Other estates of interest include Felbrigg Hall, Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall, the home of the earl of Leicester where you can hire bikes, rent boats on the lake, watch a game of cricket or see concerts or open air theatre in the summer months.
There are also many fine gardens to explore such as East Ruston Vicarage and Stody, famous for its rhododendrons.
If you love your food, then there is a great selection of local faye, including fresh Cromer crab and lobster, mussels, delicious Norfolk cheeses and many artisan producers making wonderful products.
The medieval city of Norwich is just 12 miles away and there is a park and ride en route. The market is one of the largest and oldest in the UK, and there are many destinations worth visiting such the castle, cathedral, lots of independent shops and the Sainsbury centre for visual arts to name a few.

I have put together a month by month guide to what is going on locally and county wide which you will receive after booking to help you plan your visit. From vintage fairs to tug of wars to butterfly and dragonfly walks, fireworks on the pier and the many many other things that Norfolk has to offer.
