5* Gold luxury converted barns on a working arable and dairy farm. Perfect for a relaxing break or family holiday.
Amidst the beautiful south Norfolk countryside under wide arching skies amongst farmland and hidden waterways, eight luxury Norfolk holiday cottages can be found. All eight barns have been sympathetically converted into modern luxury accommodation.
Retaining many of their original features including fine old beams in their tastefully appointed and very comfortable interiors, they enjoy a wonderfully peaceful rural setting on a working dairy and arable farm.
Each barn boasts its own private sitting out area and access to the farm grounds where fishing and farm walks, cycling and bird watching as well as the enjoyment of a hot tub combine to make Wheatacre Hall Barns the perfect place for a luxury holiday where you can relax and unwind.
For the more energetic members of the family a games room and fitness barn can be found. The youngest family members (under 5’s) are not forgotten a play barn should keep them amused when they are not visiting the animals on site.
Swimming is also included at a nearby heated pool.
Extensive grounds with plenty of grass areas are great for football and other outside games ensure that you will have an outstanding holiday while staying in the best luxury accommodation Norfolk has to offer you.
We have our own Farm Shop on site close to the holiday barns. The Farm Shop stocks lots of produce from local bakers, butchers, vineyards and farmers. In addition to this, the dairy products are from our own cows who you can find close by. We also stock gifts for all ages and celebrations and a wide selection of local wines, beers and spirits. In fact everything for your holiday needs or just to browse!
‘Our cottage was simply outstanding and one of the most luxurious retreats we have ever stayed in. The blend of contemporary and traditional was just right and the furnishings were top quality – this was far more than a home-from-home! The facilities on-site are fantastic and we were made to feel completely at home during our stay.’ Lorraine Spicer-Leigh.
