Sheringham is a delightful town with a good range of shopping facilities. There is a lovely sandy beach when the tide is out, and plenty of places to enjoy an ice cream or two. For train enthusiasts be sure to take a ride in a diesel or steam train along the Poppy Line to Holt passing through through open countryside and enjoying the sea views. You can also catch a train and venture along the Bittern Line into historic Norwich with its Cathedral, Castle, shops and museums. There is so much to do and see along this diverse coastline, birdwatching, sailing, trips to see the seals in their natural habitat, one visit to The Eye might not be enough!
