Family survival fun at Sheringham Park

Test your skills on a bitesize bushcraft adventure!


Build a waterproof shelter, light a fire without matches, forage for edible food and learn how to navigate with a map and compass. Come prepared for a full day out in the Norfolk backwoods!

Includes a Survival Kit for participating children. Cooking on a campfire is one of the '50 things to do before you are 11¾'.

Wear clothing and footwear to ensure you stay warm and dry for a full day outside. Bring a packed lunch (light refreshments provided). Further information will be sent to participants in advance.

All people attending must purchase a ticket. Includes a full day outside - including a walk of around 3 miles with some rough ground.

Unfortunately dogs are not welcome at this event.

Accessibility: Not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
