Nature Reserve:Hardley Flood

Nature Reserve

In light of COVID-19, please make sure you check with your travel and accommodation providers before travelling.

Hardley Flood is set on the long distance Wherryman's Way. It is only about a metre deep at high tide and has been here since the floods of 1953. This sheltered shallow water is wonderful for water birds. Look out for great crested grebes, moorhens and coromorants - maybe even a kingfisher.
