Please note the library is temporarily closed for redevelopment from Monday February 10th 2020 and reopens on Monday March 30th 2020. By Road: The Memorial Library is on the ground floor of the Norfolk & Norwich Millennium Library in The Forum building, situated in the very centre of Norwich on Millennium Plain (pedestrianised area), between Bethel Street and Theatre Street. You will find us next to City Hall above the market place and opposite the church of St Peter Mancroft.
