Grassmere is a Mid-Century Modern House & Spa (hot tub & steam room) retreat located in the conservation area of Boughton, a hidden gem in West Norfolk. The house has a glorious view overlooking the village pond and is ideally located to tour Norfolk and the Norfolk Coast.

Equipped to a very high standard to make your stay enjoyable with: oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 3 hair driers, TV (with free view), DVD player, CD player, radio, free Wi-Fi, BBQ. The beds are made with white Egyptian cotton bed linen, cotton towels, robes & sleepers. Our private indoor Hot Tub + Steam Room is the perfect space to relax.

We are very lucky to have near by the amazing Thetford Forest and High Lodge Country Park, lots of walks, bike rides and outdoor activities are available, the national trust Oxborough Hall, the Royal Sandringham Estate, the historic town of Swaffham and the Cathedral city of Ely.

“Beautiful house in a beautiful village
Had a lovely week in this gorgeous holiday house. The host is welcoming (homemade chocolate cake THANK YOU) but unobtrusive and the house is comfortable but stylish. I especially loved the hot tub and the super comfortable beds. Bliss.

Location is lovely too, especially for families with the charming duck pond and handy playground.

An amazing retreat, we will be back”
