Details

The Mill is undergoing restoration as part of a National Lottery Heritage supported project called The Mill and the Marsh Folk.

Stracey Arms Mill, situated beside the A47 Acle Straight, is in the process of being restored to full working order as part of a National Lottery Heritage supported project called the Mill and the Marsh Folk, due to be completed in 2021. The mill is without a cap and sails but the building works to the tower should be complete. Visitors can view the progress of the repairs, see a display and information on the mill and talk to the organisers about the project to restore the mill, events as part of the project and volunteering.

Access to the Stracey Arms site is wheelchair and family friendly although a little bumpy. Due to steep ladders in the mill access is only possible for wheelchair users to the ground floor. Parking is limited.
