This charming Grade II listed house, steeped in history and dating from the 16th century, has now been carefully restored and converted into a luxury country house hotel with lovely gardens and golf course.
The 14 luxurious en-suite bedrooms have been designed to reflect the unique character of the Manor and are furnished with the finest of fittings and furniture.
The hotel's welcoming reception hall leads into a comfortable lounge, a bar with a terrace overlooking the 15th hole and a dining room with conservatory. For guests who wish for privacy there is also a meeting room and a private dining room available.
The spacious deluxe rooms offer four-poster beds and separate bathrooms with bath and shower, the Executive rooms have a bath and shower and the Superior rooms with shower only.
Further accommodation is available within our three Norfolk Style Barns, located next to the Manor. These suites, family rooms and individual twins and doubles are all furnished to the same high standard.

Heacham Manor hotel is the first golf hotel in the west of Norfolk and the Championship length 18 hole golf course has been designed to incorporate the natural features of the area of important landscape it lies within. With two rivers and 4 lakes to negotiate the course varies between links and parkland styles and affords views of the Wash.
In addition to the 18 hole course our adjoining sister resort has a mature 9 hole course, with excellent driving range, putting green and clubhouse facilities. This makes Heacham Manor an ideal venue for golfing groups and societies. Our resident golf professional will be on hand to provide any necessary tuition with the latest video analysis equipment.
The Mulberry Spa situated within the peaceful grounds of Heacham Manor, offers a superb range of beauty & sports relaxation therapy treatments for both ladies and gentlemen. The recent addition of a Coyote Spa, Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi designed by spa experts Dale Sauna. The Mulberry Thermal Suite is available to residents and spa guests and can be pre-booked with prices starting at £10 per person per hour.
