Orchard Cottage sits on the edge of Gressenhall, a historic rural village just four miles from the thriving market town of Dereham. We have the luxury of the glorious countryside on our doorstep, but with facilities of the town just minutes away. Run by Peter and Ann Walker, Orchard Cottage is a modern building with excellent facilities.

The property is wheelchair friendly throughout and includes disabled facilities. Please check beforehand if you have specific requirements.

We welcome children, and can provide a cot and highchair.

Bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock and television.

A hair dryer and iron are both available upon request.

Separate lounge or sitting room, boots and wet weather clothing can be dried. For the cyclist there is secure cycle store.

Fax facilities are available along with a desk and internet access.

By Road:
Leave A47 at Dereham, following brown signs for Gressenhall Rural Life Museum. Entering Beetley, turn left, signposted Gressenhall. In Gressenhall turn right at the Swan into Bittering Street. Right at minor crossroads signed for Beetley and still called Bittering Street. The Drift is second right. Orchard Cottage is the fourth property on the right.
