Looking for specialist Tourism Training but don’t know where to start? Norfolk Tourism has taken the lead, and developed a one-stop website to point you in the right direction.
Designed to be a signpost website to training opportunities available, Norfolk Tourism Quality Training will contain the details of training available to staff in the county’s Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism industries.
Don’t miss out, click on the sign up box for Time For Tourism (if you haven't already!) to receive notification when the site is launched, and if you know anyone else who might be interested, you can forward this to a friend.

| Free Brush Up Courses | Norfolk County Council Adult Education is offering short courses in English or Maths to brush up these crucial skills. Courses are completely free and focus on increasing confidence to improve customer service. Basic word processing is covered in ‘Computers for Writing’ courses also from Adult Education.
These flexible courses are customised and set up in-house across Norfolk for a small group of employees, at a time and day to suit. Individuals can work at their own pace and gain a nationally recognised qualification at Level 1 or Level 2 in English or Maths.
Alternatively, individuals can receive help and support by joining one of the free community classes. For more information please contact Margaret Matthews, Workplace Development Officer, Norfolk County Council, on 01603 306558 or email Margaret.matthews@norfolk.gov.uk.
