We’ve got fun-size resorts dotted all around the Norfolk coastline which are perfect for families, couples, singles and the young at heart who remember how seaside holidays used to be!

Award-winning Cromer, Sheringham, Hunstanton and Wells have been popular seaside resorts for almost 200 years. They have a more traditional pace of life with relaxed sandy beaches, safe shallow water and masses of amusements. Roll up your trousers and go for a paddle or take the kids crabbing in the shallow salty rock pools.

Come to Cromer, our bustling Norfolk seaside resort, with a wonderful pier, great seaside shows and entertainment for all the family. Don’t forget to try one of the famous Cromer crabs – very tasty! Or hop on board the North Norfolk Poppy Line at Sheringham for a steam train ride through the coastal countryside and drink in the scenic seaside views of Norfolk.

Visit Victorian Old Hunstanton with its pretty town green and bandstand and walk along its famous candy striped cliff-face for views out across the Wash. Hunstanton is the only eastern resort that actually faces west so you’ll see some spectacular sunsets. Or attractive Wells, with its winding streets and working harbour where you can see - and smell - the whelk and shrimp boats! Walk along the long sweeping beach bordered by scented pine woodland, potter around quirky individual shops or relax in a tree-lined park with fine Georgian houses and enjoy a beer in a quiet pub or restaurant.

If you’re after somewhere big and brash, you won’t do better than Great Yarmouth. With fabulous piers, top seaside entertainment and the famous golden mile with amusement arcades, rides and attractions, you’ll be busy from morning to night. Come to have fun at the crazy golf course or bouncy castles. Visit the world’s largest rock shop and the Caister Castle Car Collection. Place your bets at the Greyhound Racing Stadium or get ‘up close and personal’ with our marine life at the Sea Life Centre.

The Greater Yarmouth area has over 15 miles of sandy beaches – much of which is patrolled by beach guards like our own mini Baywatch! You know your kids will be safe. Oh and don’t forget the Pleasure Beach - one of the best fun fairs in the UK and perfect for some seaside thrills and spills before you sample the nightlife.

The Norfolk seaside has it all.
