These terms and conditions apply in respect of any use of www.visitnorfolk.co.uk, the website of Norfolk Tourism, a group of organisations working to support the development of tourism in Norfolk and administered through Norfolk County Council. References to Norfolk Tourism and "we" include all its partner organisations. A list of partner organisations can be supplied on request or viewed on the Partners & Links page.

These terms and conditions do not apply to www.norfolk-images.co.uk our Image Library, where you will find images that can be used free of charge in your publications and design work (subject to certain T&Cs)


www.visitnorfolk.co.uk is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any given time.


You also agree that we may collect, store and use information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Advertising terms & conditions


  1. Your listing will run for a year, from the current year expiry date. If you do not renew straightaway and are subsequently deactivated, any additional time live on the website will be deducted from the following year upon reactivation.
  2. Entry into www.visitnorfolk.co.uk is conditional upon accommodation establishments having a current quality grading inspection by either VisitEngland or The AA.
  3. If your quality grading lapses during the term of the contract a month's grace period will be allowed before removal of your entry from this website. No refund will apply in this circumstance as the terms and conditions of advertising with us have been broken.
  4. Any adverts published in this website are accepted on the assumption that they comply with the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
  5. VisitNorfolk reserves the right to refuse to accept any application for entry or any advertisement copy or layout submitted for the website at any time, without giving any reason, whether the account has been paid or not. In the event of such a refusal and where payment has been made, a full refund will be given.
  6. No liability whatsoever can be accepted by VisitNorfolk for any errors or omissions in any advertisement or entry including accidental or otherwise. Entries can be updated at www.guestlink.co.uk or via your Local/Regional Data Steward.
  7. Visit Norfolk reserves the right to edit text as they see fit for search engine optimisation purposes benefiting the client
  8. Enhanced accommodation entries will be displayed at the top of a general search followed by standard entries. Advertisers who are participating with Guestlink will appear at the top of their category in order of who updated most recently (within daily limits).
