The Lantern House is well known in the town for its aspect and ideal location. It is situated near the small working harbour at Wells-next-the-Sea and features three double bedrooms. Facing north it provides you with first floor views of the harbour waters stretching towards the endless beaches, the salt marshes and the sea of this part of the north Norfolk coast. The Lantern House is situated only 200 yards away from the shops and harbour allowing you easy access to all Wells has to offer.

It has ample parking in front of the property for up to 3 cars and also features a south facing sun trap garden. The open plan design of this accommodation coupled with the ideal furniture, excellent fixtures, fittings and modern electrical appliances provide you with a property for all seasons.
