From Norwich, take A1151 to Wroxham River Bridge. Follow brown tourist signs for Wroxham Barns. After passing Wroxham Barns on right, turn right at next crossroads - opposite Tunstead village sign. Turn left at next crossroads. Turn left between black and white marker posts to East View Farm.

By Public Transport:
From Wroxham/Hoveton Rail station or the Wroxham main bus stop near Roys, there is a pick up service available. Please call to arrange. A bus service runs from Wroxham/Hoveton Station to Ashmanhaugh, School Road and then it is short walk to the farm. Both cottages have downstairs bedrooms with level access throughout ground floors, and each of these has a brand new luxury walk in wet room. Every bedroom has its own en-suite.
Both showers upstairs in Plum Tree have brand newwalk in showers There is also an additional downstairs toilet in Plum Tree.
There is level access from the parking area all the way through the complete downstairs of the properties.
