Little Lane is a lovely cosy 150 year old cottage. It's a recently renovated traditional Norfolk cottage, situated in a quiet spot in the popular village of Docking.

There is a cottage style front garden with space for parking. The cottage is pet friendly and non smoking. Towels and bed linen are provided.

On the ground floor there is a modern lounge, which comfortably seats 4 people. There is a TV and DVD player and iPod docking station. A selection of books/magazines/games and DVD's are provided as well as plenty of information on the local area/attractions.

The country style kitchen is well equipped with an oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washer/dryer. All cutlery, plates, tea towels etc are provided as well as a welcome pack for your arrival.

Upstairs there is a modern bathroom with a shower unit, sink and WC. Molton Brown products are provided.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror.

The second bedroom has a small double bed and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms overlook the front garden.

All linen and towels are provided.

Garden furniture and a BBQ are also provided.

The cottage provides an ideal holiday, weekend retreat or short break, summer or winter, near the beautiful north Norfolk coast and close to glorious unspoilt golden sandy beaches. It is ideally located for Burnham Market, Brancaster, Wells, Holkham, Sandringham and Hunstanton.

Docking is a small village with a lot of character. A short walk away from the cottage is the local fish and chip shop that serves the best fish and chips in the area. Nearby you can find the local shop stocking everyday essentials, a post office, local pub serving food, a beautiful church, a fishing lake, playing field with a tennis court and you are surrounded by lovely countryside perfect for walks or cycling.

The cottage is 4 miles from Brancaster beach and 5 miles from Burnham Market.
