Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a shop, a pub which serves food, and a large playing field with a tennis court.

This cosy cottage is quietly situated on the edge of the village. It retains many original features and is pleasantly and simply furnished throughout, providing a warm and welcoming base from which to explore the area. Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 100 yds.
