Recently converted 19th century cottage, superbly appointed and furnished to provide relaxed, stylish, contemporary accommodation. Charming and compact, nestled behind the main street, accessed by a private pathway to only neighbouring cottages, less than 5 minutes walk to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and post office.

Accommodation for 2 max persons with private use of courtyard garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ for alfresco dining comprises:

Living/dining room - beautifully light with French doors to courtyard, TV/DVD with freeview, CD player with iPod dock.

Kitchen - well appointed with single electric oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer.

Main bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, side tables with lamps, chest of drawers, clock radio with iPod dock.

Single bedroom - day bed, wardrobe, side tables with lamp.

Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.

All bed linen and towels provided.

Gas fired central heating and stand alone electric fire with granite hearth in lounge.

Gas and electricity included in rental price.

Range of games, books, jigsaws and local/regional info/attractions available.

Free Wi-Fi/internet access for all guests. Welcome pack including locally produced preserve and fruit juice

Cottage not suitable for children. Strict no smoking policy and pets not allowed.

Parking for one car is included in the price of your stay using the car park opposite cottage (2 mins walk), details required in advance, there is no dedicated parking at the cottage. Unloading on roadside possible and a further car park is available 5 mins walk from the cottage (currently £3 per day, free on Sundays).
