Details

Stay in a converted grain mill, Grade 11 listed property built in 1824 situated
at How Hill with a mooring on the River Ant. It overlooks magnificent unspoilt
countryside and adjoins the National Nature Reserve. Ideal for walking, fishing,
boating, bird watching, painting, or just enjoying the peace of the
garden. Medieval Norwich and the beach are just a short car journey away.

The mill steps lead up to the round first floor living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, easy chairs and a settee that doubles as a bed. The second floor has one single bedroom. Also a bathroom with WC. The third floor bedroom is small and round with a single bed that has the ability of becoming two separate singles or a 6ft double. The Windmill has its own garden with suitable garden furniture and BBQ. There is ample car parking space and the garage is large enough to include your car, fishing tackle or bicycles. There is a path running down to the River Ant where there is a mooring you can use for boating or fishing. The property adjoins the National nature reserve ideal for bird watching, photography and walking. There is a small electric launch running in the summer to take you to magical unspoilt areas, where motor boats are forbidden.

The Windmill sleeps 4 and is available for weekly lets.
