The Royal Assembly and Reading Rooms, now the Masonic Lodge, were built in 1863. Originally designed to be Assembly and Reading Rooms in 1863, the building was bought from the Norfolk Militia by the Masons in 1919 and has undergone significant refurbishment. Licensed to hold marriages and civil ceremonies.
