Geese at Breydon Water

Berney Marshes on the Breydon Water estuary, near Great Yarmouth, is a fantastic place to bird-watch.

In spring you can watch the displays of courting redshanks and lapwings. In winter you can see huge flocks of wigeon, lapwing and golden plover joined by avocets, godwits, teal, little egrets and a host of other water birds.
