Advertising terms & conditions
1 Listings advertising will run for a year, from the current year expiry date. If you do not renew straightaway and are subsequently deactivated, any additional time live on the website will be deducted from the following year upon reactivation.
2 Any adverts published in this website are accepted on the assumption that they comply with the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
3 VisitNorfolk reserves the right to refuse to accept any application for entry or any advertisement copy or layout submitted for the website at any time, without giving any reason, whether the account has been paid or not. In the event of such a refusal and where payment has been made, a full refund will be given.
4 No liability whatsoever can be accepted by VisitNorfolk for any errors or omissions in any advertisement or entry including accidental or otherwise. Entries can be updated at www.guestlink.co.uk or via your Local/Regional Data Steward.
5 Visit Norfolk reserves the right to edit text as they see fit for search engine optimisation purposes benefiting the client
6 Enhanced accommodation entries will be displayed at the top of a general search followed by standard entries. Advertisers who are participating with Guestlink will appear at the top of their category in order of who updated most recently (within daily limits).
