THEATRE: Introduction by Visit Norfolk brand manager Pete Waters; Andy Wood, chair of the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership, on working together for the greater benefit of all; Norwich Research Park Chief Operating Officer Matthew Jones on the NRP’s importance to local economy and tourism. 11.10-11.40am - Break-out sessions

THEATRE: Changing the perception of the Broads and Norfolk with Simon Altham of Hoseasons.

SESSION 1: Cancer-busting broccoli and purple tomatoes - the future of food! With Professor Richard Mithen and Professor Cathie Martin.

SESSION 2: Responsible tourism with Toby Sawday of the Sawday's Guides.

SESSION 3: Weatherquest’s Jim Bacon on planning for the weather - vital for tourism and the food industry!

11.50am-12.30pm - Break-out sessions

THEATRE: 'Climate change – it’s a myth'. Discussion on water efficiency, drought resistant crops, food security and more. Speakers will include Jim Bacon of Weatherquest, the John Innes Centre's Dr Wendy Harwood, Toby Sawday of the Sawday's Guides and Anglian Water head of external communications Ciaran Nelson.

SESSION 1: Customer relations best practice training from Hoseasons’ Ian Blackham.

SESSION 2: M&Ms – food for thought: media and marketing workshop with Lexia.

SESSION 3: Chad Shiver of Trip Advisor on the future of customer recommendations.

1.40-2.10pm - Break-out sessions

THEATRE: Tom Blofeld of BeWILDerwood on how to get yourself noticed in a busy tourism market.

SESSION 1: Taste & Flavour workshop with Dave Hart of the Institute of Food Research.

SESSION 2: M&Ms – food for thought: media and marketing workshop with Lexia.

SESSION 3: Where Visit England sees the tourism future with Enterprise Director Jenny McGee.

2.20-3.25pm - Future tourism Q&A

THEATRE: With guest speakers including Chad Shiver of Trip Advisor, Karen O'Kane of Better Broadband for Norfolk, Toby Sawday of the Sawday's Guides, Visit East Anglia chief executive Keith Brown and Visit England's Enterprise Director Jenny McGee.

3.30-4pm - Where do we go from here?

THEATRE: Malcolm Bell, head of Visit Cornwall, tells us what they've done in Cornwall to ensure they remain top of mind as a visitor destination, followed by a Q&A session.

Event schedule ends at 4pm, but networking can continue. Centre closes at 5pm.
