The largest ancient woodland in the county. Wildlife includes birds, butterflies, other insects, deer, other mammals, bluebells, orchids and other flowers, rare trees (midland hawthorn, wild service) and fungi.

Take the A1067 from Norwich. Go through Foxley village and the entrance and car park is 2km ahead on the right. Parking is available in several small car parks just inside the nature reserve.
